About the Role
Masterstock is seeking reliable, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our pharmacy stocktaking team.
The role involves travelling to pharmacies throughout Ireland to carry out accurate stock counts, working as part of a professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count and scan pharmacy stock, including dispensary and retail products.
- Work efficiently as part of a stocktaking team.
- Follow stocktaking procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Handle pharmacy products carefully and professionally.
- Attend scheduled stocktakes at different pharmacy locations.
## Working Hours
- Part-time position, approximately 20–30 hours per week.
- Mainly Monday to Friday, during daytime hours.
- Approximately 4–5 weekends per year.
- No night shifts.
- Flexibility is essential, as working hours and locations vary.
Travel Requirements
- Staff generally meet at the **Red Cow, Dublin, between 7:00am and 7:30am for transport to pharmacy locations.
- Applicants living close to the Red Line Luas or with convenient access to the Red Cow are particularly suited to the role.
- Travel throughout Ireland is an essential part of the position.
- Where overnight stays are required, accommodation and meals are paid for by Masterstock.
Requirements
- Good conversational and written English — **minimum B2 standard
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
## Pay and Trial Period
- Starting rate: €15.00 per hour.
- Four-week trial period.
- Rate increases to €15.50 per hour following successful completion of the trial period
